Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:

5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 pound Velveeta, cut into cubes
salt
pepper

Directions:

Peel potatoes and cut into medium-sized cubes. Cover with water and boil until just fork tender (about 20 minutes).

Drain and add milk and Velveeta, stirring gently until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
