Slow Cooker Chili

Sheldon came up with this recipe one cold day when he was working from home and Jean had to go into the office. It was great to walk in from work and have supper ready to go on the table and it is an easy, delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

1 onion, chopped
3 jalapenos, deveined and seeds removed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can pinto beans
1 can red beans
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the onion, jalapenos, and garlic in the olive oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the beef and cook until brown. Transfer cooked meat to a slow cooker.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover slow cooker and cook on low setting for 2 hours.
