Lots of Free Recipes

Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 clove galic, chopped
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound ground meat
2 cups broth
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 can black beans
Directions:
Place a large kettle on medium heat and add vegetable oil. Stir in onion, green pepper, garlic, and ground meat. Season meat with salt and pepper and saute until meat is no longer pink. Stir in broth, tomatoes and green chilies, tomato paste, and chili powder. Stir until all ingredients are blended together. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir in black beans and continue cooking another 15 minutes.
Serves 4
Serving suggestions:
Top with shredded cheese, chopped onions, jalapeno peppers, sour cream.
Excellent with Spicy Cornbread Muffins.
