Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt
black pepper

Directions:

Over medium heat melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in flour, sprinkle of salt, and fresh ground pepper. Add 1 cup milk, stirring constantly. Stir in Cheddar cheese until melted. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
