Cole Slaw That KeepsLots of Free Recipes |
Ingredients:
1 quart shredded cabbage
1 teaspoon salt
1 small onion, cut fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
2 pieces celery, sliced
Sweet Vinegar Dressing
Directions:
Mix all the vegetables. Pour cold dressing over the mixture and stir until well-coated. Chill until ready to serve. Keeps in the refrigerator for several days.
