TWO STORY LEMON PIE

Ingredients:

1 pkg. lemon pudding
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cup water
1 envelope Dream Whip

Directions:

Combine first four ingredients in a sauce pan. Stir in 2 cups water and cook until mixture begins to thicken.
Cool 5 minutes. Save 1 cup filling and cover with wax paper. Pour remaining pudding in cooled 9 inch crust. Cover with wax paper to prevent a skim from forming and cool. Prepare 1 envelope Dream Whip according to directions. Add cup of filling. Place on top of plain filling in pie crust. Chill.
