Periette Pie

Ingredients:

1 double square chocolate, melted
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 package vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
Whipping cream
1 - 9" pie shell, baked

Directions:

Combine melted chocolate and butter. Add powdered sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

Cover the bottom of a baked pie shell with chopped nuts. Pour chocolate mixture over nuts and chill.

Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions and pour over chocolate mixture. Chill until ready to serve. Cover with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
