Tex-Mex Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

12 ounces corkscrew pasta
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 - 4 ounce can chopped green chilies, drained
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (26 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
1 large tomato, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can corn, drained
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

Directions:

Cook pasta as package directs, drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In large salad bowl, blend mayonnaise, Italian dressing, chilies, chili powder and cumin. Toss with pasta and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Garnish with additional parsley.
