Meatballs and Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

1 pound ground meat
1/2 onion chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons catsup
salt
pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 can sliced mushrooms

Directions:

Mix together ground meat, onion, egg, bread crumbs, catsup, salt and pepper. Form into balls about the size of a golf ball. Place about 2 tablespoons of oil in a hot skillet and brown the meatballs turning frequently to prevent burning. Place meatballs on one side of the skillet and add soup, milk, and mushrooms, blending until smooth. Distribute meatballs around in the gravy and simmer for about 15 minutes. Makes 18-20 meatballs.
