Buttermilk Marinade

Ingredients:

1 quart buttermilk
1 large onion, sliced
5 whole cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
8 peppercorns

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and pour over meat to be marinated. Tenderizes and gives meat an excellent flavor.
