Grilled Trout

Grilled trout made with Italian dressing was a recipe given to Sheldon by a fishing boat captain who was explicit about the time to cook the trout.

Ingredients:

Fresh speckled trout filets
1 bottle of spicy Italian dressing

Directions:

Place trout filets in a single layer in a baking dish and pour the Italian dressing over them. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grill exactly 4 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges and Homemade Tartar Sauce.
