Grilled Swordfish

Any dense fish, such as, tuna, halibut, shark, can be used to make this recipe.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. swordfish steaks (4 steaks)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:

Marinate the fish steaks for at least two hours in the mixture of oil, orange juice, Teriyaki sauce, and ginger. Place steaks on a hot grill and cook 5 minutes on each side per inch of thickness. A steak that is 1 1/2 inches thick will need to be cooked 8 minutes per side.
