Grilled SalmonLots of Free Recipes |
Ingredients:
1/2 salmon
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 Tablespoons chopped dill
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Ground black pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon in a baking dish and pour half the marinade over the fish. Cover and place the salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Place the salmon skin-side down on foil placed on a medium hot grill. Baste the salmon with the remaining marinade and broil for about 5 minutes until the skin becomes loose. Turn over on the foil, remove skin and baste again. Grill for about another 5 minutes until meat flakes easily, basting frequently. Serve with lemon wedges and Homemade Tartar Sauce.
