Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter or margarine
4 cups cut up rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 small package red gelatin
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Cut butter into squares and place in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place rhubarb on top of butter and sprinkle with sugar, dry gelatin, and dry cake mix. Add water and bake for one hour.

Serve warm with ice cream.
