Mom's Blonde Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients:

Beat together very vigorously
¼ c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg or 2 egg whites

Add:
¾ c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ t. vanilla
½ c. coarsely ground nuts

Directions:

Cook in 8x8x2 pan greased and floured 20 min. @350 Don't over cook.
