Ingredients:
Vanilla wafers
white frosting
mint patties
coconut
sesame seeds
egg white
food coloring
Directions:
Color the coconut green. Color the frosting yellow (mustard colored).
Take 2 vanilla wafers, spread frosting on the flat side of both wafers. Put the mint pattie on one wafer. Take the other frosted wafer and put green coconut on it. Place the wafer with coconut on top of the mint pattie. Dab top of cookie with egg white, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Lightly press sesame seeds so they stick to "bun." Serve with potato sticks to make them look like an order of hamburger and french fries.
