Awesome Red Velvet Cake Icing

 

Directions:

Cook in a double boiler until thick and let cool:
1 cup milk
4 Tbs. flour

Cream until fluffy:
1 cup sugar
2 sticks butter

then add 1 Tbs. vanilla. Add flour mixture 1 Tbs. at a time to butter mixture. Beat after each addition until creamy.

Store in refrigerator.
