Spicy Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients:

2 boxes corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup picante sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
1 can cream style corn

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cooking spray in muffin tin. Mix together all ingredients. Fill muffin cups approximately 2/3 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tops are golden brown. Makes 18 muffins.
