Backwoods Jerky

Ingredients:

Ingredients: 1/4 cup Liquid smoke- ¾ of it hickory and ¼ mesquite

1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup Soy sauce-lite

2/3 cup Worchester ¼ cup Brown Sugar

2 Bay leaves

¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 ½ pounds deer meat

Directions:

Boil mixture minus meat, let cool and add meat when cool. Refrigerate overnight at least 24 hours soak time and use a dehydrator to dry or you can use an oven if you have done it that way before.

Number of Servings: 30
